Scope of Work:

1. Design and Planning:

   • Collaborate with the clients to understand their vision for the home and pool.

   • Develop detailed architectural and interior design plans for the home renovation and pool installation.

   • Obtain all necessary permits and approvals for the project.

2. Home Renovation:

   • Interior and exterior renovations, including structural modifications and finishing work.

   • Kitchen and bathroom remodel, upgrading fixtures and finishes.

   • Installation of smart home technology for convenience and energy efficiency.

   • Landscaping and outdoor area improvements.

3. Project Management:

   • Appoint a dedicated project manager to oversee every phase of the project.

   • Maintain clear communication with the clients to ensure their needs and preferences are addressed.

   • Monitor progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget project completion.

4. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

   • Ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations.

   • Conduct quality inspections at each stage of the project.

   • Provide the clients with Approved Plans, Planning, Building, and Part P electrical compliance Certificates upon completion.

5. Project Timeline: The project is estimated to span over a period of 12-18 months, with milestones and completion dates communicated to the clients throughout the project.

6. Budget: A detailed project budget will be provided, covering all aspects of the renovation and pool installation. This budget will be tailored to the client's preferences and requirements.
